Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer both Domestic and International Shipping!
Domestic Shipping: via UPS
- Cost: $5.00 + $0.50 per item
- Delivery Time: 2-4 days
International Shipping: via UPS
- Cost: $29.50 + $8 for additional items
- Delivery Time: 6-12 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary, with some countries taking up to 30 days.
How long will it take for my Order to Arrive?
We offer priority mail (3–5 business days) to the United States. Additional shipping methods are available at checkout.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9 am to 2 pm. All orders after 2 pm will be processed the next day.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
If you place an order on a holiday that falls on a weekday, it will be processed on the following business day!
What is your Return Policy?
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded, only regular price items can be refunded.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. However, if you believe there is an issue with your order that may be attributable to Maria Victoria, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the case. If, after our review, we determine that the issue is the responsibility of Maria Victoria, we may offer an appropriate resolution.
